Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Vorynx Cups, the Vorynx Esports website, Discord bot, desktop application, and related tournament tools (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Vorynx Cups provides tools to run Fortnite cups and scrims, verify Epic accounts, manage Discord server features (logs, tickets, voice hubs, roles), and related ops tooling. Features may change, expand, or be removed as we improve the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord’s and Epic Games’ terms of use. You are responsible for any activity under your Discord or Epic accounts when using the Service. If you are under 18, you should use the Service only with a parent or guardian’s permission where required by law.

3. Accounts and access

• Dashboard access uses Discord OAuth. Keep your Discord account secure.
• Server admins who invite the bot are responsible for how the bot is configured in their community.
• We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, spam, or attempt to disrupt the Service or Discord servers using Vorynx tools
• Impersonate others, falsify Epic verification, or circumvent anti-abuse systems
• Use the Service for illegal activity or to harass other players or staff
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload APIs beyond normal product use

5. Tournaments and community rules

Individual Discord servers may set their own cup/scrim rules. Vorynx provides software; server staff decide how events are run. Disputes about placements, bans, or prizes within a community should be handled by that server’s staff unless we expressly host the event.

6. Desktop application

The Vorynx Cups desktop app loads the same Service in a native window. Installing the app does not grant extra rights beyond these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for downloading installers only from official Vorynx download pages.

7. Intellectual property

Vorynx branding, logos, and software are owned by Vorynx Esports or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute the desktop app or branding except as allowed by us in writing.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on Discord, Epic Games, hosting providers, and optional stats APIs. Their outages or policy changes may affect features. Their terms apply to your use of those platforms.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, perfect scoring accuracy, or that every Discord permission configuration will work in every server.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vorynx Esports and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, prizes, or tournament outcomes arising from use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
